Radiance.

X

The curtain parts, or, the intensity of the radiant light penetrates

and transcends all hindrances.

X

The work is made of veils of crimson and scarlet reds.

The gold was laid down by wall paper brushes and then washed over with the reds,

and then the red was washed away

– this process was repeated over and over again until

the moment when the gold crested and was unlocked. 

X

The HEARTFIRE series reveals itself upon various light conditions

and in relation to the viewer.

X

Like all my paintings, it is never one painting.

X

My paintings are a dance and a sound.

X

My work unfolds in time and in dialogue with the viewer.

The viewer is not a passive spectator, but a participant- a dancer.
