I looove Meredith Monk.

She is a diminutive and is an ocean of fire, genius and kindness.

I met her years ago.

She wore her long gleaming brunette hair in a center part with braids

behind her ears

at Thanksgiving dinner in NYC.

A long time ago and her presence and sound
