My work is improvisational.
I start…and, then it is fulfilled,
until.

My works are icons of life.
Sanctuaries of, for, from and to the senses.
Impossible to document-
the work is dynamic, expansive and deep,
and
cannot
be
captured.

My work is listening to music.
Movement and stillness.
Open fields and silence.

I listen to music.
Researching, investigating, tasting
and
touching sound until…a diamond is found.

My senses are dialed up
and
the sound enters my body.

I feel frequencies of color.
The colors have emotional resonance,
as does the scale
and
the interactive experience
of the work
with the viewer.
Awakenings/Awareness

The experience of my art is an encounter.
Private.
Personal.
An intimate dialogue.

The communication is whispers and sounds
of the heart and sensuality-
the life force.
One feels my work through their
open palms and open heart.
Divinity/Humanity/Sexual/Breath

In the studio,
I enter into a complete falling/flying trust.
Frightening.
Rapturous.
Both separately and both at once.
Fear and Desire.
Day and Night
Yin and Yang.
Breath.

Once I arrive, and my work
has visceral depth and magnitude,
and is true to me,
I will then research
into multiple disciplines
of inquiry/fields of thought and expressions
to discover the universality
of what I have created.
I will now consciously decide
to compose/create
with
more intensity and rhythm
to
call out
the constellations of possibilities/responses
I am invoking.

Heaven and Circle:

The circle symbol meaning is universal, sacred and divine.
It represents the infinite nature of energy, and the inclusivity of the universe.

In Chinese macrocosmic symbology,
the circle expresses the shape of heaven,
with earth signified by a square.

The deeply significant yin yang symbol is circular,
and
thus speaks to us of encompassing
the whole of duality
with intent
for
unified
balance.

The color of silver is white the Latin word for silver.
Argentum derives from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘white’ and shining small wonder.
The metallic color can be associated with dignity of kinship.
Silver is also the symbol of purity in all its forms.
It is pure light.
It passes, unsullied and transparent through crystal clear water,
the reflection of a mirror
or
the flashing of a diamond.
It is like a clear conscious pure intent.
Open heartedness, fair dealing.
It summons faithfulness to follow in its footsteps.
Clear can be applied anywhere.
It brings light into all chakras and all parts of the body.
Clear is frozen light containing all colors.

The color: Indigo is the Third Eye Chakra
Indigo means to have a deep knowledge of spiritual truths and insights.
Ability to ‘see’ what is hidden and hear the inner guidance that is truth.

It can have a negative effect when used during a depressed state,
because it will deepen the mood.
